When you purchase a whole beef from Harris Farms, you’re buying the entire animal. You’ll receive a wide variety of cuts, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, ribs, brisket, stew meat, and more. By purchasing a whole beef, you are getting exceptional value.
What’s Included: A whole includes the front & hindquarter of the animal giving you the best bang for your buck. You will receive - on average - 300-350 lbs of meat 🥩🍖🍔
